SPÄTZLE
6 eggs
500g flour
salt
water
Mix eggs, salt, flour and water together. Stir until the dough shows
bubbels. Put the dough on a "Spätzlebrett" ,carefully cat small pieces
of the dough into the boilling water. When the dough shows up on the
surface of the water, the Spätzle is ready. Use a skimmer to
take out the Spätzle.
